Our company handcrafts all products within 1 to 2 weeks.
Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.
Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if the product is ordered before it’s handmade.
Both are handmade but the pre-made is shipment ready while the made-to-order products take 1 to 2 weeks to be created for you.
Look for the following if a product is ready for shipment immediately:
The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.
Care for your new product(s):
*Upon arrival remove your tutu or tutu dress from the box. Finger comb through the tulle to fluff then hang.
*If your tutu needs to be cleaned spot clean only! Spray/mist with warm water and a mild soap. Hang dry. Do not saturate.
*If your tutus are wrinkled finger comb starting with the underneath and work your way around. Spritz with a small amount of fabric softener diluted with water. (spray bottle 1/3 softener 3/3 water). *Your tutu can also be hung in the bathroom with a steamy shower. The key is to finger comb and hang after each use. This keeps the tutus is good condition. NEVER place in a washing machine or dryer!

*it is placed in the washer or dryer.

Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need time to be handmade.
Orders are made and created just for you. For that reason, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. If your item came to you and it is not what you ordered, we will accept the return and gladly send you the correct item.
